Beth is also the Program Manager at Georges Riverkeeper. Before joining Georges Riverkeeper, Beth was Program Coordinator at WaterNSW. She is also on the committee of Stormwater NSW.

At Georges Riverkeeper, Beth plays a substantive role in successfully implementing the Georges Riverkeeper Strategic Plan, giving her on-ground experience in engagement and deep understanding of local government and community issues around the water cycle. She's also active in Stormwater NSW, providing a network through the stormwater industry, and her past role in WaterNSW provided exposure to regional water management issues.

Beth takes over the role from Lorena Ikic.

We also welcome Emma Brunton as Deputy Chair of the NSW Regional Advisory Panel (RAP). Emma is the Principal Urban Water Planner in the Water Group of the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment. In this role, Emma supports urban water practice and policy for regional New South Wales. These pathways into regional New South Wales will be extremely valuable in shaping CRCWSC capacity building and influencing activites.

Emma joins Nell Graham, who chairs the panel. Like those in other states, the NSW RAP is a key part of the CRCWSC's governance structure. It provides a forum for CRCWSC partners in New South Wales to meet and discuss the research. As the CRCWSC nears its end in 2021, these panels also play an important roles as communities of water sensitive practice, allowing like-minded practitioners to share industry news and best practice ideas.

You can contact Beth at beth.salt@crcwsc.org.au,  and Emma at emma.brunton@dpie.nsw.gov.au.
