The lack of traction climate change seen recently in the stormwater industry will be explored at this year’s Stormwater Victoria Conference, being held at the RACV Cape Schanck Resort, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria on 5-6 May.

The theme for the conference is ‘Climate Change – Does it Matter Anymore?’ and speakers will explore the stormwater industry’s approach to climate change mitigation and expected impacts on local, national and global scales.

Another feature of the conference will be a trade exhibition providing an excellent opportunity to view the latest in product innovation. Exhibitors at the venue will include Rocla, Ecosol, Melbourne Water, SPEL Environmental and Stormwater360.

An optional Technical Tour on 7 May will take attendees around the Mornington Peninsula region to view flood mitigation, pollution management and other ongoing projects for local authorities.
