The Cooperative Research Centre for Water Sensitive Cities (CRCWSC) and Faculty of Art Design and Architecture at Monash University is offering a PhD Scholarship to an outstanding research candidate for the design of a demonstration project.

This is an exciting opportunity to pursue a program of architecture design research, examining the issues and processes involved in delivering best-practice Water Sensitive Urban Design outcomes by designing demonstration projects for precinct scale development and redevelopment in Australian cities.

The scholarship comprises a living allowance of $25,000 for up to three years. Candidates will normally have first class or second-class division A honours in their prior studies and an outstanding folio of design achievement.

This scholarship is funded by for research into the project Urban Intensification & Green Infrastructure: Towards a Water Sensitive City (Project D5.1).
