Free webinar for researchers on using social media effectively

Many researchers aiming to promote their work on social media want to see a good return for the time invested but finding the best platforms and ways of communicating can be a difficult task.

A free webinar by Knowledge Translation Australia on 13 May aims to provide tips and tricks on helping scientists become recognised and known for their work and increasing the number of citations on their peer reviewed publications.

The online event, taking place at 4pm AEST, will also reveal the platforms researchers are using, how they are using social media to benefit their research profile, why scientists should use social media professionally and time saving advice for gaining positive results from social media.
