IRP1 Workshop 2 in Perth – Building a Business Case

The purpose of this workshop was to explore the purpose, design and process of building a business case for a water sensitive project.  Participants explored the experience of others around Australia along with research conducted by the CRCWSC and will applied this knowledge to a local Perth example. Content and discussions will covered topics such as valuing non-market benefits, decision making frameworks, building a narrative, influence pathways and risk sharing.
