How does land use planning affect WSUD practices?
Professionals in water management, urban planning and related fields are invited to take part in a survey investigating how statutory land use planning influences the adoption of water sensitive urban design (WSUD) practices.
The survey is part of the CRC for Water Sensitive Cities (CRCWSC) Statutory Planning for Water Sensitive Urban Design (Project B5.1).
The research will assist reforms to statutory land use planning, so that it better integrates urban design and the urban water cycle, leading to enhanced WSUD outcomes.
This study is being conducted by Don Williams as part of his doctoral research at Monash University’s Law Faculty.
The survey closes 15 September 2015.
