One of a suite of projects in Melbourne, Brisbane, and  Perth, the Norman Creek Project aims to apply a water ‘lens’ to redeveloping the Norman Creek Catchment, a rapidly densifying area with water management issues in close proximity to the Brisbane CBD.

This booklet records the first stage of the Norman Creek Catchment Design Investigation. Outcomes include spatial propositions for water sensitive urban design in three selected precincts within the Norman Creek Catchment, and mapping of new high-density development in Brisbane’s floodplains, capturing its limits and potentials.
