Your PhD will be part of a project that focuses on how to engage communities in the transition to Water Sensitive cities. You will join a vibrant interdisciplinary collaboration with strong connections to both industry and government. The overarching goal of the project is to benchmark current levels of water literacy in Australia and identify and evaluate community-friendly strategies to promote more sustainable urban water management. Your project will focus on the latter aim. You will identify and trial a variety of communication strategies. In addition to making academic contributions, the applied outcomes of the project will include recommendations about how best to communicate a sustainable urban water management message.

Applicants will be considered provided they fulfill the criteria for PhD admission and scholarship of Monash University and demonstrate excellent research capacity. You must be awarded a Monash University scholarship to be eligible.
