Survey on good management of water utilities

Managers and executives at water utilities in Australia are invited to take part in a survey on principles behind good management at their organisations.

It should not take more than 30 minutes to complete the close-ended questions. Your input is vital for facilitating an evidence-based approach to good management of water utilities in Australia.

The survey is being conducted by Dr Jeannette Taylor from the School of Social Sciences at the University of Western Australia, whose work on executive leadership and organisational performance culture is feeding into the CRCWSC Better governance for complex decision-making project (A3.1).
