Specifying the urban water governance challenge

Abstract

The purpose of this report is to scope and outline the research activities for "Better governance for complex decision-making" (Project A2.1) . The report identifies the key governance challenges facing the urban water sector in Australia, and briefly outlines the proposed research that will be conducted to inform solutions to these challenges. The report also seeks to identify some of the other research projects in the CRC for Water Sensitive Cities that may contribute insights, knowledge and tools for addressing these governance challenges.
