Aquarevo case study

Aquarevo is an urban residential development located at Evans Road, Lyndhurst. The site is being developed in a collaboration between the land owner, South East Water, and a property developer, Villawood Properties. By planning at a precinct scale, and with demonstration of best practice water management as a major objective, the site has successfully integrated a range of initiatives. Combining water management initiatives and working with house builders will reduce potable water use for each home in the development by up to 70%.
