CRCWSC’s inaugural International Leadership Award

To celebrate the past and future successes of the CRCWSC’s Kunshan incubator city collaboration, our Board of Directors hosted a dinner in November with a senior delegation from Kunshan led by Deputy Mayor Shen Xiaoming.

This Chinese incubator city was named one of China’s National Ecological Garden Cities in early 2016 and is one of the only 7 cities acknowledged so far.

At the dinner Ms Cheryl Batagol, Chairman of the CRCWSC, presented an International Leadership Award to Mr Zhou Jichun, Director General Kunshan Bureau of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. This award was bestowed in recognition of Director Zhou Jichun’s outstanding leadership for the citywide water sensitive city transition of the City of Kunshan.
