INFFEWS Rough BCA Tool

Introduction

The purpose of this excel-based tool is to provide a template with built in equations for conducting a quick and rough BCA based on a project. It must be used in conjunction with the Rough BCA Guidelines to follow step-by-step instructions on how to use the INFFEWS Rough BCA tool. This tool will support practitioners and others who are interested in undertaking a first step towards a full BCA, and a test of whether a BCA is feasible.
